If You Really Knew Me (Part II)

I did one of these back in July
and I really liked letting you guys get to know me better,
and the feedback I got was pretty cool
so I thought I'd do another one!
If you really knew me...
+ You'd know that since I have a gluten sensitivity and am lactose intolerant (how fun am I?), I am a girl who wanders through the store bakery smelling things. I can't eat them, but shit do those pastries, cakes and breads smell good.
+ You'd know I feel more "me" when I wear bold lip colors. Red is my favorite, but I love a good hot pink or fuchsia lip, too.
+ You'd know rainbows and shooting stars are two of my favorite things. I won't reveal why (no one knows) but they're both special to me.
+ You'd know matte nail polish makes me cringe. It makes me think of a chalkboard and then I hear that noise and I just can't.
+ You'd know that watching boys cry destroys me. The Vampire Diaries and Supernatural like to show this on occasion and I am reduced to little child sobs. There's something about a guy crying that breaks my heart like crazy. And a guy crying over a dead/dying animal? I can't even.
+ You'd know that in addition to me having anxiety and depression, I once suffered from Agoraphobia (fear of leaving the house). And even though I don't have a panic attack at the thought of going to get the mail anymore, sometimes that fear of leaving the house is there again. It's still a struggle some days.
+ You'd know I don't like riding in cars. Not vehicles in general, just cars. I don't like being that low and that close to the road. It makes me nervous.
+ You'd know that dog shows are my football. Some people yell at the refs in the games for penalties, I yell at the judges in dog shows for missing the spectacular line on the Irish Wolfhound, and how the hell was the Pointer's gait better than the Chessie's?
+ You'd know my best friends are long distance friends.
+ You'd know I like almonds in my chocolates. And I like dark chocolate better than milk.
+ You'd know that, growing up, I wanted to marry Jeff Corwin. Cute guy that worked with animals? My 9-year-old self was fangirling hard.
+ You'd know I can hardly focus on writing one novel without getting ideas for others. I'm currently focusing (mostly) on writing my third, but already have three additional novels started as well.
+ You'd know I like to be upfront about things and I want people to be that way with me. Don't hide, don't lie, don't take me for granted.
+ You'd know I'm not a people person. I work with the general public too much. It's ruined me. I like my small group of friends. They're just the right amount of crazy.
